I WILL TAKE A THREE MONTH LISTING ON YOUR HOME, IF THE HOME HAS NOT SOLD AT THE END OF THAT TIME YOU WE MAY ADJUST PRICE, DISCUSS WAYS TO MAKE THE HOME MORE MARKETABLE, AND LIST ON MONTH TO MONTH BASIS. OR, YOU MAY WANT TO TRY LISTING WITH ANOTHER REALTOR if unsatisfied, which has never happened.
